Ice Cream
Gelati Glaces Gasparini is a traditional ice cream factory located in Münchenstein near Basel, Switzerland. They have been making ice cream by hand since the 1960′s and have become a Swiss institution. This photoshoot in 2012 documents their almost unchanged production process.
